Summer Fair - Over £4,100 raised!
A big thank you to you all for your amazing help on last weekend’s Summer Fair - we raised over £4,100 and it was so great to see the playground full of families having so much fun. From the bouncy castle, to the cafe, pantry, BBQ and bar, nearly new stall, sponge the parents and much, much more! One of the highlights was Sara bringing the Young Chelsea Bridge Club to teach us this classic game and the impromptu chess games which set the JB fair apart from others we saw this year.

To Roxanne (Mrs Wilson) for bearing with the PTA in the office all day and helping with all kinds of requests!
And a huge thank you to Ben (Mr Hall) who was so helpful and worked so hard on the set up.
A big thank you to Sara for all the effort designing the M&P boards and new fair signage and of course to Sophy whose advice was invaluable.
Finally I wanted to have a special mention for the Year 5 boys who saw an opportunity to man the Sponge the Parent game, it was left empty and they took it over on their own initiative working hard all afternoon to raise over £50 for their class. Zach and Jacob led the "sponge" team, they were very diligent with the money and showed great entrepreneurial spirit. As a whole, Year 5 raised over £400 towards their 2023 leavers trip with their Putt game that was very popular!
