Give a little something today
We welcome voluntary donations from parents and carers either via Justgiving, or directly on the PTA website. As the John Betts PTA is a registered charity, donating attracts Gift Aid - so we can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give.
Give some of your time or expertise
We really can’t achieve what we do without the behind the scenes help that we receive. So why not:
Help the class reps by offering to help with events such as the Class Bake Sales and Christmas and Summer Fairs.
Come to the PTA meetings and share your ideas, experiences, skills and enthusiasm.
You might hate the idea of getting involved in hosting an event - but could you take photos of the event or help put together the poster?

Give when shopping online
Did you know there are two ways to help the school when you’re doing something as simple as shopping online?
Please sign up to Easyfundraising.org.uk which is a REALLY great way to help the school. They donate a percentage (varying from 1 - 5% commission) when you shop at various retailers - from John Lewis to Booking.com. There’s a nifty donation reminder that you can install on your laptop so that you automatically get the donation. We’ve raised £6,000 so far with this scheme and the more people onboard the further we can go!
